If your camera is not in this list, please contact us. Please note that most Hanwha Techwin will also work with port forwarding.
**Important** - If adding the Plug & Play cameras with the web methodology, make sure you have the latest firmware for your camera and the correct SDK file (listed below).
Finding the correct SDK file
First you will need to confirm your open platform version, **NOTE** you should be upgraded to the latest firmware of the camera prior to checking this step:
