Bug Fixes
- Fixed Hikvision and Vivotek cameras to use a built in mechanism to pull images for the mobile apps. Previously it would rely on the camera snapshot interface which was unreliable.
- Fixed issue with Amcrest cameras reporting the wrong message when it wasn't connected
- Fixed billing issue with credit card expiry
