Added support for live view preview for Generic H.264 cameras in the mobile apps.
Bug Fixes
Fixed Hikvision and Vivotek cameras to use a built in mechanism to pull images for the mobile apps. Previously it would rely on the camera snapshot interface which was unreliable.
Fixed issue with Amcrest cameras reporting the wrong message when it wasn't connected
