Please note that on February 28, 2017 between approx. 1:30pm EST and 5:08pm EST there was a signfiicant disruption with our cloud platform provider Amazon Web Services (AWS). Specifically AWS storage service S3 was impacted which stopped our ability to save media into this private and secure storage facility.
This outage impacted large parts of the internet. Here's what it means to you:
- during this period any video or images captured by your surveillance camera would not be saved in your cloud account
- no other aspects of our services (live streaming, camera config, etc) were impacted
- no personal information was compromised, the AWS storage repositories were simply not available
