Network Test Help (What Each Error Means)

Everytime you add or edit your camera a test process is launched with a number of network checks. Not to be confused with Camera Health Check, although they are closely related. Here's what each error means:

HTTP Forwarding

1. This means one of these things:
    - The HTTP port is the wrong port number.
    - The HTTP port is not forwarded correctly.
    - Port is forwarded, but the HTTP Port is not valid.
    - IP is wrong - ISPs can change your IP often. Might be time to think about using DDNS.
2. You may have chosen the wrong camera type in the "Camera Info" section of the setup wizard.

RTSP Forwarding:
1. This means one of these things:
     - RTSP port is the wrong port number.
     - The RTSP port is not forwarded correctly.
     - Port is forwarded but not a valid RTSP port.
     - IP is wrong - ISPs can change your IP often. Might be time to think about using DDNS.
2. You may have chosen the wrong camera type in the "Camera Info" section of the setup wizard.

Username/Password:
- Username and/or Password is not the correct credentials for the camera
Note: The camera's username and password differs from the username and password you've set for your Cloud account.

Not Tested:
If any test is "not tested", it has not been tested and you can not derive any conclusions from the results.
